After entering inside, you get into a 40’s era of Red Moulin Rouge to discover a hidden theatre! The décor color is black and red with the wooden bar.
The stage quite close to the audience so that all fans can enjoy the funky, soul, jazz and lived in the evening easiest.
Inspire: ‘Ble’ Pacthaya Chaimuang who solo at the bar for more than 10 years’ work with his partner Khun Boyd set up this bar following his inspiration from many famous films.
First selection was from my intention that seeking for manly drink style. So I tasted ‘Bring Him Home’ (260 B) that based from Irish whiskey and Drambuie topped with burnt ginger that warm up the early night quite well. Its taste is strong.
Jersey Boy (280 B) is one of the most recommended drink for negroni fan. If you love bitter, Bourbon scent and not too much sour from lemon and orange, this boy will swing you away tonight.
Then, the bartender asked us to spice up a bit so ‘Phantom of the Opera’ (320 B) come and singalong this moment. This cocktail is made from Grand Marnier, Tequila, fresh orange juice, citrus, chili, and paprika powder. This glass is sexy, scented, spicy and a little sour.
Before the night is gone, I missed the flavor of Amaretto. Mam Mia (260B) has a little salty taste but sweet & sour is a good pill for me before bedtime.
Tune: I visited on Thursday evening and enjoyed the live acoustic guitarist. His voice was soft and attracted me to sing along. Very comfy especially after hard work all week. We are invited to stop by on weekend to experience more bands and try more cocktail recipes.
