Theo Mio by Theo Randall is located at the ground floor of InterContinental Hotel Bangkok. Lately, the restaurant became a hangout place for Italian food lovers.

Theo Randall – British chef who specializes in Italian cuisine. With over 25 years of experience in some of the world’s best kitchens, including the Michelin-starred Chez Panisse in the US and River Café in London – where he was Head Chef for 10 years. The restaurant features a casual style setting for both indoor and outdoor seatings.
The “Italian Weekend Brunch” featuring free-flow wines at weekends. Featuring such Italian favorites as bruschetta al Pomodoro (grilled sourdough bread with tomatoes, basil and olive oil), the menu also includes Porchetta (roast pork belly), a fine selection of pizzas and scrumptious desserts with free-flowing Italian wines, Sunkiss cocktail, sold drinks and Prosecco.
Theo Mio listed in Michelin Guide Bangkok 2018 and Thailand Best Resturant Award 2018. Theo Mio is an open-kitchen concept where allows diners to view all the culinary action, while the menu is designed so that all dishes can be shared. Also on offer is a section of small bites and antipasti that can be enjoyed at the lounge bar. Signature dishes are authentic and with a tempting rustic feel.

• Chicken roasted with truffle butter served with potato gnocchi in cream
