The night began with a welcome cocktail party, followed by sit-down wine dinner with live duo band entertaining all guests with beautiful songs.
Grilled scallop with hot & sour dressing went well with B&G Barton & Guestier Reserve Varietal Chardonnay, France. It was so refreshing!
