Drusian Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene Extra Dry NV, from Veneto, Italyis a charmat wine, in which the second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank, rather than in the bottle.
For the traditional bottle-fermented bubbly there is a Frederic Lornet Cremant de Jura Vieilles Vignes Brut NV, from Jura, France.
Andre Beaufort Rose Brut Polisy 2012, from Champagne in France, is the style of pink champagne produced by the saignée method, in which the wine is in contact with the red grape skins for only a few hours.
