this new all-day dining menu to cater to diners who are looking for a simple and tasty Italian
meal at any time of the day.
With brunch selections served from 11:00am – 5:00pm on weekdays and all-day breakfast offerings starting from 9.30am – 5.00pm on weekends, Monti’s Colapranzo menu features brunch favourites such as Baked Egg & Sausage Ragout, Avocado on Rye, Eggs Benedict, Monti’s Breakfast on the Bay – a classic full breakfast, or for something lighter, the Caramelized Banana Waffle, that will leave you satisfied and ready for your day.
For a hearty main, the Baked Lasagnetta hits all the right notes. A rich, robust tasting contemporary Italian favourite – prepared with fresh house-made pasta layered with Sangiovese braised radicchio fillings and laced with Parmigiano cheese fondue, which melds beautifully, giving the dish a final, subtle gourmet kick.
With an extended lunch service that runs till 5.00pm daily, come and be spoilt for choice with a wide variety of Italian dishes which includes four different freshly-made pastas and five main courses.
