UNO MAS knows how to kick off each month in style – and this time under the themed “Domingo Fabuloso”.
Every first Sunday of the month at UNO MAS located on the 54th floor of the hotel, and is designed for a journey – the senses through the vibrant Iberian Peninsula and the Mediterranean region.
Moorish design elements and accessories connect the three venues together, while an electric colour palette, inspired by the distinctive powder-blue accents that colour the town of Chefchaouen to the striking terracotta hues Moroccan walls, highlights their provenance.

The semi-alfresco Dining Deck not only offers amazing views of the city skyline, but also more substantial meals from the show kitchen.
The main dining room features an open buffet with some great raw seafood delicacies (Maine Lobster, langoustines, imported oysters, crabs) & mixed tapas, charcuterie cold cuts, imported Iberia hams, home made terrines, Spanish sausages and foie gras, crudités assortments, salmon, Spanish sauces and much more!
Every now & then, the crew will surprise you at the table with some Bluefin Tuna Steak canapés, small tasting portions of risotto and Spanish tapas, a piece of juicy and tender pepper crusted rack of lamb and not to forget some refreshing cocktails (from cosmopolitain, Bloody Mary to Bubbly Sangrias…). On top of that, the crew always make sure your flute never gets empty!

A large selection of tempting deserts…from ice cream, chocolate cakes, meringues, cremes brûlées,Catalan creamy cakes, Spanish cheeses…we particularly LOVED the Chef’s specials: Basque country double cheese cake, with lemon gel and canary islands Fig Jam as well as the Churros with Valrhona chocolate.
Priced at THB 3,555++ per person, this Domingo Fabuloso brunch includes unlimited pours G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne, as well as all premium beverages, plus plenty of Spanish delicacies such as our favorite 36-month dry-cured Iberico ham, four different types of oyster and lobster imported from Maine.
