The Dynasty showcases the subtle and elegant dishes of one of the great regional Chinese cuisines and take diners on a gourmet journey with authentic Cantonese cuisine and delicacies of the Imperial Chinese era prepared by master Cantonese chef Kongsun Sae-Liang.

Headlining The 102-dish a la carte menu is a list of delicious appetisers designed to whet your appetite, such as the Dynasty Prawn Salad, Chilled Jellyfish and Drunken Chicken, Stewed Duck Tongues with Soya Sauce, Sashimi Maine Lobster and Barbecued Whole Suckling Pig.
