Inspire: Khun Prapatsorn Na Chiengmai known as Chef TuTu. A man who has started cooking since he was 9 years old. He’s been picking up the freshest ingredients from local markets daily and serves those to his guests for more than 30 years. Many foreigners staying at the city’s five star hotels are now regulars at his homey restaurant.
Taste: Our lunch meal today started with the first dish of Crab Meat and Mangosteen Salad. The taste is unbelievable; made from sweet and fresh taste of crab, smooth and soft of mangosteen, and sour from the lime.
Seared Duck Breasts with Honey & Ginger Graze; the crispy skin and honeyed sauce is tasty and worth to have it all. Salmon Spicy Salad; the parade ofred onion, carrot, roasted rice powder, and fresh salmonsashimi all cooked together and your belly will thank you this dish.
Crab Soup; originally made in Thai and Chinese style. Chef boiled chili in the soup and took it off before well done. The soup color is clear but keep spicy taste.
Lastly, Bergamot in Syrup topped with special mint leaves that similar taste to chewing gum. This could list as one of the most favorite for afternoon tea time in Chiang Mai.
