KatalystM announced the acquisition of True Clarity International (TCI), headquartered in Bangkok. TCI is a leading CRM and ERP agency with offices in Singapore and Thailand. True Clarity brings to KatalystM its expertise in CRM, ERP and Contact Centre Solutions with notable clients such as BMW, Juniper Networks, BUPA and TMB Bank, amongst many others.
This acquisition expands KatalystM’s well-known Marketing Cloud services capabilities into Sales and CRM Cloud; expands the agency with a well-established presence in Thailand, and enriches its personnel strength with a highly experienced team of Sales and Marketing Automation experts.
