Kitaohji Ginza Thailand is a destination restaurant for diners to enjoy Japanese “Kaiseki” cuisine, a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner. The term also refers to the collection of skills and techniques that allow the preparation of such meals and is analogous to Western haute cuisine.
The restaurant exterior and interior design are inspired from a traditional Japanese house, charming landscaped Zen garden, wooden floor, using lots of bamboo trees. As soon as you walk through the “Sukiya” gate, you will find a serene space with no bustle.
